• Standing business
  • Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes: Passed.

• • Treasurer’s Report $573.23 (1 donation, no expenditures)
  • Delegate’s Report (summary by Michael, nothing controversial)
  • Social Media Report (updates from Desota and Sally; Desota staying through October; discussed recruiting a replacement; Desota wants to reach out to KY since he’s now living there)
  • NationBuilder Report: 924 people in system
• Old business
  • TN GP Merchandise and Fundraising: tabled to May or June
  • Report on Nationbuilder Developments: more use of Calendar page; creation of Agenda/Minutes page; could get better use out of Blog; need to work on fundraising strategy.
  • Building Locals: Nashville is doing well, but we need to activate other locals (perhaps eblast program in May/June to encourage this).
  • Candidate Endorsement: Vote to endorse Zachary Walker for Clarksville city council
  • Discussion of types of activities that might go on Calendar such as the 5K run on Laurel Dace Day.
• New Business
  • Outreach to KY
  • Election/nomination dates, criteria, procedures
  • Brainstorming on types of events to put up; possibility of blogging and sharing on social media (for example Laurel Dace Day on May 17)
