• Standing business
  • Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes (April 2025): Passed.
  • Treasurer’s Report: $583.44 (1 donation, no expenditures)
  • Delegate’s Report: No report this month
  • Social Media Report: No report this month
  • NationBuilder Report: about 914 people in system

• Old Business

• • TN GP merchandise and fundraising. Still looking at “print on demand” (suggestions: Red Bubble, OffColor Decals, Printify). Criteria: financially sound for small orders; consistent with GP values (social justice, environmentally responsible, etc.). Goals: tabling (such as at Pride) and other activities, as well as covering overhead; merchandise as way to get GP name/image out there. Beth will report back in June.
  • Outreach to Kentucky-Table for now.
  • Election/nomination dates, criteria, procedures: nothing new to report; will continue to work on this. 
  • Websites activities: Goal of doing short blog entries with a variety of authors.
